Description
We are seeking a high-caliber FP&A Manager to join our client's Group-level finance team, operating at the apex of a major corporate group. This pivotal role involves driving financial planning, budgeting, and OPEX control across a complex, multi-entity enterprise. You will lead group-wide annual budgeting, manage complex financial consolidations, and conduct rigorous variance analysis to inform strategic decisions. The ideal candidate will synthesize high-volume financial data into clear, concise reports and presentations for executive leadership. This position offers direct exposure to enterprise-scale financial management and requires building strong relationships with business heads and subsidiary leadership. You will be instrumental in aligning financial targets with overarching group objectives and supporting executive decision-making across the entire organization.
Requirements
1. 7 to 10 years of progressive experience in corporate FP&A within a large group or complex enterprise structure.
2. Active professional accounting qualification (CA, ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent).
3. Demonstrated hands-on expertise in managing complex group financial consolidations across multiple entities.
4. Proven track record in rigorous budget management and large-scale operational expenditure (OPEX) control.
5. Advanced financial modeling skills, including building integrated models for multi-year forecasting and scenario planning.
6. High proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including sensitivity analysis, pivot tables, and complex formulas.
7. Experience in preparing and delivering financial presentations and reports to executive-level management.
8. Strong understanding of International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) or other relevant accounting standards for group reporting.
Desirable
1. MBA or other advanced degree in Finance or a related field.
2. Experience with enterprise-level financial planning software (e.g., Hyperion, Anaplan, Cognos).
3. Experience with business intelligence and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
4. Prior involvement in M&A activities, including financial due diligence and integration.
5. Experience working within a publicly-listed corporate group.
