Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Data Analyst to join our telecom operations team. In this role, you will be responsible for analyzing data related to microwave (MW) link utilization, server performance, and the overall efficiency of our 4G and 5G network operations. Your insights will drive critical decisions related to network optimization, resource allocation, and service quality improvements. You will work with large datasets, develop visualizations, and generate reports to communicate findings to both technical and non-technical audiences. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical abilities, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of telecommunications infrastructure.

Requirements

1. Proficiency in SQL for data extraction and manipulation

2. Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI

3. Strong understanding of telecommunications network architecture (4G/5G)

4. Experience in analyzing large datasets related to network performance

5. Knowledge of statistical analysis techniques

6. Experience with scripting languages such as Python or R for data analysis

Desirable

1. Experience with machine learning techniques for predictive analysis

2. Knowledge of telecom specific KPIs and metrics

3. Experience with cloud-based data platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP)
