About the role
We are seeking a Senior Software Engineer with more than six years of software engineering experience to lead the delivery of reliable, production-ready applications. You will guide an engineering team, coordinate contributors, and take ownership of technical decisions and project outcomes. The role requires hands-on development across front-end applications and back-end services. You will design systems that meet product needs and remain maintainable as they grow. You will build and improve CI/CD pipelines, deployment automation, and production infrastructure. You will use emerging coding tools, including AI-assisted tools and relevant code-integrity checks, while evaluating their output carefully. Familiarity with the AI industry will help you assess opportunities and technical trade-offs for AI-related products. You will release software, diagnose production issues, and strengthen reliability through monitoring and corrective work. You will also maintain automated tests, review code and designs, and help teammates improve engineering practices.
Requirements
- More than six years of professional software engineering experience, including senior-level technical ownership.
- Experience leading an engineering team through planning, coordination, and delivery.
- Hands-on experience building front-end applications with modern JavaScript or TypeScript frameworks.
- Hands-on experience building back-end services, APIs, and data integrations.
- Experience designing and implementing software systems across multiple components.
- Hands-on experience with CI/CD, deployment automation, and production infrastructure.
- Experience releasing and maintaining production software, including diagnosing and resolving defects.
- Experience writing automated tests and reviewing code or technical designs.
Desirable skills
- Experience building AI-related products or integrating AI capabilities into software.
- Practical use of emerging coding tools, such as AI-assisted editors, code-generation tools, or code-integrity checks.
- Experience measuring and improving production reliability with monitoring and incident analysis.
- Experience mentoring engineers and establishing effective review practices.
- Experience evaluating the security, correctness, and maintainability of AI-assisted code.
