We are seeking a strategic and forward-thinking Head of HR to lead our Human Capital and Workplace Services function. The ideal candidate will drive an integrated people strategy that underpins our mission of innovation, compliance, and talent excellence. You will oversee the full spectrum of HR, from strategic talent management in our investment and digital initiatives to ensuring agile and compliant operations across UAE and GCC jurisdictions. A key focus will be championing the digital transformation of HR, leveraging automation and people analytics to enhance efficiency and data-driven decision-making. This role is pivotal in shaping our high-performance culture, enhancing employee engagement, and ensuring leadership continuity through robust succession planning. You will also direct all workplace services, maintaining best-in-class standards and operational excellence. This is a leadership role for a professional passionate about building a modern, efficient, and strategic HR function that directly supports business growth.
Requirements
1. Proven experience as an HR leader, preferably within the financial services, investment, or private equity sectors.
2. In-depth knowledge of UAE and GCC labor laws, regulations, and HR best practices.
3. Demonstrated success in leading HR digital transformation projects, including HRIS implementation and leveraging people analytics.
4. Strong experience in strategic talent acquisition, succession planning, and leadership development for high-caliber professionals.
5. Expertise in developing and implementing HR policies, governance frameworks, and risk mitigation strategies.
6. Experience overseeing workplace services, including vendor management, procurement, and office operations.
7. Comprehensive knowledge of end-to-end HR operations, including payroll, benefits administration, and employee relations.
8. Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree or relevant certification is a plus.
Desirable
1. Professional HR certification such as SHRM-SCP or CIPD Level 7.
2. Experience working in a multi-jurisdictional or global organization.
3. Proven ability to act as a strategic advisor to senior leadership.
4. Track record of successfully designing and implementing Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) initiatives.
5. Strong financial acumen with experience in HR budget and cost control.
