We are seeking a strategic Head of HR to lead our Human Capital and Workplace Services function, driving innovation and talent excellence. This role is pivotal in supporting our strategic growth by overseeing talent acquisition for specialized investment, private equity, and digital roles. You will champion our digital transformation agenda, leveraging automation and people analytics to enhance operational efficiency. As the compliance lead, you will ensure robust governance and risk mitigation across all UAE and GCC jurisdictions. The ideal candidate will foster a high-performance culture by enhancing employee engagement and embedding our DEI goals. You will also direct all workplace services, ensuring best-in-class operations and vendor management. This position requires seamless integration with IT, Legal, and Finance to align HR workflows with our strategic objectives. Your leadership will be critical in managing day-to-day HR operations while steering the company's human capital strategy.
Requirements
1. Proven experience as a Head of HR or senior HR leader, preferably within financial services, private equity, or a related high-growth sector.
2. In-depth knowledge of UAE and GCC labor laws, regulations, and compliance requirements.
3. Demonstrated experience in strategic talent acquisition and succession planning for specialized professional roles.
4. Strong proficiency with HRIS platforms and experience leading HR digital transformation projects.
5. Expertise in people analytics and data-driven decision-making to drive HR strategy.
6. Comprehensive experience managing day-to-day HR operations, including payroll, benefits, and employee relations.
7. Proven track record in vendor management, contract negotiation, and procurement for workplace services.
8. Experience in developing and implementing employee engagement, culture, and Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) initiatives.
Desirable
1. Master’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
2. Professional HR certification (e.g., SHRM-SCP, CIPD).
3. Experience working in a multi-jurisdictional environment.
4. Strong financial acumen and experience managing HR and operational budgets.
5. Demonstrated ability to partner with executive leadership to align HR strategy with business goals.
