Description

We are seeking a highly skilled DevOps Engineer to join our dynamic startup team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for implementing and managing continuous integration and deployment (CI/CD) pipelines, monitoring system performance, and ensuring the reliability and efficiency of our infrastructure. This role involves collaborating closely with development teams to integrate coding changes, optimizing processes for efficiency, and troubleshooting and resolving issues in our dev, test, and production environments. The successful candidate will play a critical role in accelerating our product development cycles and improving our operational excellence.

Requirements

  • Proven experience with CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, CircleCI, GitLab CI)
  • Proficiency in scripting languages (e.g., Bash, Python)
  • Strong understanding of cloud services (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes)
  • Experience with infrastructure as code (e.g., Terraform, CloudFormation)
  • Solid knowledge of version control systems (e.g., Git) and branching strategies

Desirable

  • Certifications in cloud technologies or DevOps methodologies
  • Familiarity with database administration and SQL
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment
