4. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills for both internal and external engagements.

5. Strong critical thinking and strategic problem-solving abilities in high-pressure environments.

6. Proficiency in research-led approaches and data-driven decision-making.

Desirable

1. Experience working on international assignments or in a multi-geographical setting.

2. Familiarity with executive search or consultancy industry practices.
