byteSpark.ai is seeking a Senior Marketing Manager on behalf of our client, a leading luxury retail and lifestyle brand based in Dubai, UAE. This role requires an experienced marketing leader with a proven ability to drive high-impact strategies, manage teams, and elevate brand presence in the competitive UAE luxury market.
The ideal candidate will have at least six years of experience leading marketing teams, overseeing multi-channel campaigns, and delivering measurable brand growth. They must possess a deep understanding of the UAE luxury retail and lifestyle sector, having successfully positioned premium brands and executed targeted marketing strategies.
This role involves developing and implementing data-driven social and influencer marketing campaigns, ensuring strong engagement and brand affinity. The candidate will also be responsible for collaborating with franchise partners to maintain brand consistency across existing and new markets. A strategic approach to brand packaging and gifting solutions is essential to enhance brand storytelling and customer experience.
Additionally, the Senior Marketing Manager will be responsible for leading the planning and execution of tactical, strategic, and digital marketing campaigns, ensuring they align with business objectives and drive growth. As the role reports to the board of directors, the ideal candidate must be confident in presenting marketing strategies, performance insights, and investment justifications at an executive level.

Requirements
1. Minimum of 6 years of leadership experience in marketing, managing teams and driving strategic initiatives.
2. Proven track record in UAE’s luxury retail and lifestyle sector, with expertise in premium brand positioning and consumer engagement.
3. Hands-on experience in designing and executing data-driven social and influencer marketing campaigns, delivering measurable engagement and ROI.
4. Strong ability to collaborate across internal teams and external franchise partners, ensuring seamless brand alignment and successful market expansion.
5. Expertise in developing luxury brand packaging and high-impact gifting solutions, enhancing product presentation and brand storytelling.
6. Demonstrated ability to plan, execute, and optimize multi-channel marketing campaigns, including tactical, strategic, and digital components to drive brand growth.
