Requirements

1. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Engineering, or a related field.

2. Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in operations management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role managing large, diverse teams.

3. Proven experience in operational risk management, including risk identification, assessment, control implementation, and incident response.

4. Demonstrated ability to develop and execute strategic operational plans, including resource allocation and timeline management.

5. Expertise in monitoring and reporting on operational KPIs to senior leadership.

6. In-depth knowledge of regulatory, safety, and internal governance compliance standards (e.g., ISO, OSHA).

7. Experience with lifecycle management of high-value assets, equipment, or infrastructure.

8. Proficiency in business continuity and contingency planning methodologies.

Desirable

1. Master’s degree (MBA, MSc) in a relevant field.

2. Professional certifications such as PMP, Lean Six Sigma, or CRM (Certified Risk Manager).

3. Experience working in a highly regulated industry such as manufacturing, logistics, energy, or technology.
