We are seeking a visionary Director of Leadership Development & Culture Transformation to join our executive team in Dubai, UAE. In this strategic role, you will architect and lead our enterprise-wide leadership development strategy, shaping a culture of innovation and resilience. You will partner directly with the C-Suite and senior executives to design and facilitate transformative leadership journeys, capability frameworks, and high-impact offsites. This position requires a leader who can translate business transformation goals into powerful learning experiences that build an adaptive, human-centered organization. Your expertise will be crucial in embedding leadership standards, overseeing coaching and mentoring initiatives, and measuring the direct impact of leadership effectiveness on key business performance indicators. Ultimately, you will be the catalyst for strengthening our culture, driving organizational maturity, and ensuring our long-term talent readiness on a global scale.
Requirements
1. Minimum of 12 years of progressive experience in leadership development, organizational effectiveness, and culture transformation.
2. Demonstrable experience designing and delivering large-scale leadership programs across diverse international regions, including Europe, GCC, and LATAM.
3. Expert-level facilitation skills with a proven track record of leading strategic sessions for C-Suite and senior executive audiences.
4. Extensive experience leading the people and culture workstreams of global change initiatives and multi-country transformation programs.
5. Deep expertise in designing bespoke executive leadership journeys and capability frameworks grounded in behavioral science and systems thinking.
6. Proficiency in developing and implementing measurement strategies to link leadership development outcomes to tangible business performance indicators.
7. Experience in architecting and overseeing enterprise-wide coaching, mentoring, and cross-functional collaboration programs.
8. Strong background in building and managing strategic partnerships with global executive education institutions and thought leadership networks.
Desirable
1. Master’s degree or PhD in Industrial-Organizational Psychology, Organizational Development, or a related field.
2. Certification in executive coaching and psychometric assessment tools (e.g., Hogan, Korn Ferry, NLI).
3. Experience working within a fast-paced, high-growth global organization.
4. Fluency in Arabic is highly advantageous.
5. Published work or speaking engagements in the field of leadership or organizational culture.
