The Managing Director Middle-East & Africa will lead the strategic and operational growth of the brand in the region, reporting directly to the EMEA President. This position involves full P&L ownership, driving sales growth, enhancing retail and e-commerce channels, and fostering a client-centric culture. The role requires a visionary leader with expertise in luxury retail dynamics and omnichannel development to elevate the brand’s presence while maintaining core values of accessibility and warmth. The MD will lead store network evolution, build empowered leadership teams, and adapt global brand strategies to fit local market needs. Candidates should exhibit an entrepreneurial spirit, analytical skills, and transformational leadership while staying focused on business development and organizational excellence.

Requirements

1. Minimum 15 years of senior leadership experience in luxury retail.

2. Proven track record of full P&L ownership and business unit transformation.

3. Experience in developing and implementing omnichannel client journey strategies.

4. Strong commercial acumen with leadership and team-building capabilities.

5. Track record of shaping customer-centric cultures and enhancing premium brand experiences.

6. Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field with fluent English proficiency.

Desirable

1. Industry experience in jewelry, fashion, accessories, or cosmetics.

2. Familiarity with local Middle East and Africa market dynamics.

3. Additional European language or Arabic language skills.
