Requirements
1. Proven experience in high-volume recruitment, managing and delivering on recruitment targets within deadline constraints.
2. Demonstrated knowledge of talent acquisition strategies specific to the oil and gas industry or heavy industries.
3. Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS), recruitment software tools, and data-driven hiring analytics.
4. Exceptional stakeholder management skills, including building partnerships with hiring managers to understand hiring needs.
5. Strong expertise in designing scalable recruitment processes for large workforces.
6. Ability to innovate and implement creative hiring strategies to attract diverse and qualified talent.
Desirable
1. Experience with employer branding initiatives to enhance candidate attraction.
2. Knowledge of global and local talent markets in the energy sector.
