e-Careers is seeking an experienced and motivated Digital Support Technician Apprenticeship Coach to deliver our AI-focused Digital Support Technician programme. In this remote, UK-based role, you will guide and coach up to 50 learners per cohort, helping them achieve apprenticeship success. This position involves delivering structured coaching sessions, conducting progress reviews, and preparing learners for End Point Assessments (EPA). The role also includes ensuring compliance with quality standards, working collaboratively with employers, and promoting safeguarding, Prevent Duty, and British values. As a coach, you will enhance learner experiences while supporting curriculum improvement and innovation.

Requirements

1. Experience in coaching, teaching, or mentoring within digital or technical environments.

2. Demonstrated success in delivering apprenticeship programmes or regulated qualifications.

3. Familiarity with Digital Support Technician or related apprenticeship standards.

4. Proficiency in conducting progress reviews, setting SMART targets, and End Point Assessment preparation.

5. Thorough understanding of safeguarding, Prevent Duty, and British values requirements.

6. Strong administrative and organisational skills, with attention to quality and compliance.

Desirable

1. Holding or willingness to work towards a Level 3 teaching qualification and IQA certification.

2. Knowledge of compliance requirements for quality standards like Ofsted and ESFA.

3. Prior experience collaborating with employers on tailored learning plans.
