We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Deputy Director of Organizational Development to join our client's team in Dubai. Reporting to the Executive Director – Human Capital, you will be a pivotal leader in shaping and executing the people strategy to drive business transformation and growth. This strategic role involves leading organizational design, job evaluation, and significant change management initiatives. You will be responsible for architecting and implementing comprehensive total rewards, compensation, and recognition frameworks that attract and retain top talent. Furthermore, you will drive strategic workforce planning, manage manpower budgeting, and enhance organizational effectiveness. Your oversight of HR policy governance, payroll accuracy, and audit compliance will ensure operational excellence. The ideal candidate will partner with senior leadership to foster a high-performance, transparent, and engaging workplace culture across a complex, multi-business environment.
Requirements
1. 10-15 years of progressive experience in Human Resources.
2. A minimum of 5 years in a strategic HR leadership role, directly contributing to people strategy.
3. Proven expertise in organizational design, job evaluation methodologies, and large-scale change management.
4. Demonstrated experience in designing and implementing total rewards, compensation, and recognition frameworks.
5. Strong background in strategic workforce planning, manpower budgeting, and organizational effectiveness analysis.
6. In-depth knowledge of HR policy governance, payroll processes, and HR audit compliance.
7. Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
8. Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Desirable
1. Master’s degree in a related field.
2. Professional HR certifications such as CIPD, SHRM-SCP, or GRP.
3. Significant experience working within a multi-business, conglomerate, or holding company environment.
4. Experience in the Dubai or broader GCC market.
5. Proficiency with advanced HRIS and data analytics tools for strategic planning.
