We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Deputy Boutique Manager to join our prestigious luxury jewellery and watches boutique in KSA. In this leadership role, you will be instrumental in supporting the Boutique Manager to drive sales, deliver exceptional client experiences, and ensure flawless daily operations. You will lead and inspire a team of sales professionals, fostering a culture of excellence and high performance. Your responsibilities will include managing client relationships, overseeing inventory, upholding visual merchandising standards, and analyzing performance metrics. The ideal candidate will act as a brand ambassador, embodying the essence of luxury and sophistication. We are looking for a committed professional with a stable career history and a deep passion for the world of high-end watches and fine jewellery. Your expertise will be crucial in achieving sales targets and elevating the boutique's reputation as a premier luxury destination in the region.
Requirements
1. Minimum 3-5 years of experience in luxury retail, with a specific background in high-end watches, fine jewellery, or luxury fashion.
2. Proven track record of at least 2 years in a management or supervisory role within a luxury boutique environment.
3. Demonstrable history of achieving and exceeding sales targets and KPIs.
4. Strong experience in clienteling and managing relationships with high-net-worth individuals.
5. Proficiency in boutique operations, including inventory management, cash handling, and reporting.
6. Experience in leading, coaching, and developing a high-performing sales team.
7. Excellent understanding of the luxury market and consumer trends in the KSA region.
8. Must show a consistent and stable career path, with previous relevant roles held for 2 or more years.
Desirable
1. Proficiency in Arabic and English.
2. Experience with luxury retail CRM and POS software systems.
3. Formal training or certification in gemology or horology.
4. Strong network of potential clients within the KSA market.
5. Experience in visual merchandising for a luxury brand.
