This critical role is designed for a highly organized and commercially astute leader who will work directly alongside the CEO and internal stakeholders. The primary objective is to instill structure, control, and consistency into the organization contract management, commercial documentation, and approval processes. The successful candidate will spearhead the end-to-end administration of contracts, which includes drafting from established templates, reviewing commercial terms, and meticulously managing redlines. Furthermore, the role involves tracking approvals, maintaining comprehensive contract records, monitoring renewals, and ensuring business obligations are met seamlessly. 6. Proficiency in maintaining comprehensive contract records and tracking organizational obligations across departments.
7. Exceptional written communication skills for producing precise, practical, and business-aligned commercial documentation.
