A client of byteSpark.ai is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Product Manager to spearhead the development and growth of their innovative cybersecurity intelligence platform. This advanced platform integrates structured and unstructured data, delivering actionable intelligence in near real-time through cutting-edge algorithms and visual exploration tools. The role requires collaboration with internal teams, customers, and stakeholders to ensure the product's success and competitive edge. Requirements
1. 15+ years of experience with a minimum of 5+ years in core product management, particularly in telecom, enterprise software, or big data solutions.
2. Proven track record in managing products with complex technical integrations and multi-stakeholder environments.
3. Familiarity with backend data processing technologies and frontend data visualization tools.
4. Expertise in telecommunications and IP networks.
5. Strong leadership and motivational skills, with experience managing cross-functional teams.
6. Exceptional communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences.
7. Analytical and adaptable problem-solving abilities.
Desirable
1. Experience interfacing with government entities or high-profile customers is advantageous.

The strongest candidates will have at least 5 years of product management experience across telecommunications, enterprise software, big data, analytics, or intelligence platforms. They should have led technically complex products involving multiple integrations, diverse stakeholders, and cross-functional engineering, design, commercial, and customer teams.

This is not a software-development position, but it requires strong technical fluency. Candidates should understand backend data processing, data platforms, frontend visualisation, telecommunications technologies, and IP networks well enough to challenge assumptions, prioritise technical trade-offs, and translate sophisticated customer needs into a compelling product roadmap.
