Description
We are seeking an expert Strategic Transformation Partner to join our Dubai-based executive advisory team. This is a premier consultative growth role for an individual who excels at building C-suite partnerships through deep subject matter expertise. The ideal candidate will leverage their mastery of Change Management (Prosci/ADKAR) and Organizational Design to lead client discovery workshops, diagnosing complex challenges and architecting impactful solutions. You will be responsible for building and presenting compelling, ROI-driven business cases for large-scale transformations at the board level. This role requires a unique blend of strategic architecture, engagement excellence, and a natural ability to foster growth through advisory. You will act as the strategic architect for the initial phase of our most critical engagements, setting the foundation for successful, long-term client partnerships and delivering sustained value.
Requirements
1. A minimum of 10 years of overall professional experience in management consulting or a related field.
2. At least 5 years of dedicated experience leading complex, large-scale business transformation engagements.
3. Expert-level knowledge and demonstrable application of formal Change Management methodologies, specifically Prosci/ADKAR.
4. Proven experience in architecting and implementing strategic Organizational Design, including operating model shifts and restructuring.
5. Verifiable track record of developing and presenting complex, ROI-driven business cases to C-suite and Board-level stakeholders.
6. Expertise in designing and facilitating senior-level client discovery workshops to diagnose ambiguous business problems.
7. Strong financial and commercial acumen with the ability to translate strategic initiatives into tangible financial outcomes.
8. Exceptional communication, storytelling, and stakeholder management skills at the most senior levels.
Desirable
1. An MBA or a Master's degree in a relevant field such as Organizational Psychology or Business Administration.
2. Significant experience working with clients in the Dubai or broader GCC market.
3. Experience in digital transformation, including technology-led change initiatives.
4. Previous experience in a top-tier management consulting firm.
5. Published thought leadership or public speaking credentials on topics of change and transformation.
