Requirements

1. Bachelor’s degree or higher in Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, or Statistics.

2. A minimum of 10 years of experience in IT, with a significant focus on innovations and new technologies.

3. Hands-on experience with Gen AI technologies, including ChatGPT, Copilot, or similar AI-driven tools.

4. Proven ability to translate technology innovations into tangible business solutions with measurable ROI.

5. Expertise in project management, with a strong background in PRINCE2 or an equivalent methodology for delivering complex digital programs.

6. Demonstrated experience in advising and presenting to senior executive leadership on technology strategy.

7. Experience leveraging analytical models to solve business problems with successful implementation.

8. Strong capabilities in leading change management and technology adoption initiatives enterprise-wide.

Desirable

1. Demonstrated business knowledge and experience within the FMCG industry.

2. Previous experience working in a global organization with virtual and cross-functional teams.

3. Excellent ability to simplify and communicate complex technical messages to non-technical business audiences.

4. A proven track record of fostering a digital-first culture within an organization.
