Job Description byteSpark.ai is supporting a client looking for an accomplished investment professional with expertise at the intersection of artificial intelligence, emerging technology and strategic investments. The ideal candidate will bring extensive experience in private equity, venture capital, corporate development or strategic investments, combined with a strong understanding of AI-driven businesses and emerging technologies. This senior leadership opportunity requires someone capable of identifying investment opportunities, evaluating businesses, leading transactions and developing strategic partnerships that create long-term commercial value. Key Responsibilities • Identify and evaluate investment opportunities across AI, technology and technology-enabled businesses. • Lead investment due diligence, financial analysis, valuation and transaction execution. • Develop investment strategies and present recommendations to senior leadership and investment committees. • Establish relationships with investors, founders, technology companies and strategic partners. • Support portfolio growth, value creation and strategic expansion. Compensation AED 55,000–75,000 per month, depending on experience and the scope of responsibility. Interested professionals are invited to submit their profiles for confidential consideration.

Requirements

  • 10–15+ years of relevant investment, private equity, venture capital, M&A or corporate development experience.
  • Proven track record in investment evaluation, transaction execution and strategic decision-making.
  • Strong commercial understanding of AI, emerging technologies and digital businesses.
  • Experience engaging with boards, investment committees and senior executives.
  • Preferably established professional networks across the UAE, GCC and international investment markets.

Desirable

  • Experience in UAE/GCC investment markets, sovereign or government-linked investment ecosystems, family offices or regional technology platforms.
  • Direct investment or corporate-development experience in AI, enterprise software, digital infrastructure, cloud, fintech, cybersecurity or related deep technology.
  • History of building cross-border partnerships with investors, founders, corporate buyers and technology operators.
  • Advanced finance/business or technical degree, CFA, MBA or other relevant professional qualification.
  • Exposure to governance, responsible-AI considerations, regulatory issues or operational scaling of technology portfolio companies.
