We are seeking a dynamic and experienced HR Director to lead and scale the human resources functions of our global, lean, and agile organization. Requirements

1. Proven experience in scaling HR operations within a global and distributed organization.

2. Strong expertise in end-to-end HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee development.

3. Demonstrated ability to lead HR in a lean and agile environment.

4. Experience in introducing and optimizing HR processes and capabilities tailored to organizational needs.

5. Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations across multiple regions.

6. Excellent leadership, communication, and strategic planning skills.

Desirable

1. Experience working in a high-growth startup environment.

2. Familiarity with HR technologies and digital tools to streamline processes.
