Description

As the IT Director for Egypt at Americana Foods, you will oversee all aspects of IT infrastructure, systems, and operations to ensure alignment with business objectives and industry best practices. You will lead digital transformation initiatives, manage IT budgets, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance efficiency and scalability. This role requires fostering a culture of innovation, implementing secure and reliable IT solutions, and maintaining strategic capacity planning. Additionally, you will spearhead regulatory compliance, supervise project implementation, and drive continuous improvement in IT systems and processes.

Requirements

1. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (advanced degree preferred).

2. Minimum 17 years of progressive IT leadership experience, including at least one role in the transport industry.

3. Proven success in delivering complex IT projects on time and within budget.

4. Robust technical expertise in IT infrastructure, networking, security, and enterprise applications.

5. Experience with IT budgeting, forecasting, and strategic resource allocation.

6. Strong leadership and communication skills with a demonstrated ability to collaborate across diverse teams.

Desirable

1. Experience in driving large-scale digital transformation projects.

2. Familiarity with IT governance frameworks and regulatory compliance standards.

3. Advanced certifications in IT management or cybersecurity.
