A client of byteSpark.ai is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Presales Engineer to join their dynamic team in the field of lawful intercept solutions for telecommunications and ISP networks. This role plays a pivotal role in bridging technical expertise and customer engagement across the client's product portfolio, shaping and presenting tailored solutions to meet diverse customer needs.
The ideal candidate will possess deep domain knowledge in telecommunications, IP networks, big data, and lawful intercept technologies. They will work closely with sales teams to understand customer requirements, dimension solutions, and create compelling proposals. This includes presenting solutions to customers, supporting proof of concepts (PoCs), and providing critical feedback to product teams for future enhancements.
As a Presales Engineer, you will engage with senior stakeholders, showcasing exceptional technical and communication skills. Your ability to translate complex technical concepts into customer-centric solutions will be key to success.
Core Responsibilities:
- Understand customer requirements and design solutions leveraging the company’s product portfolio.
- Prepare and deliver technical proposals, tailored to meet specific client needs.
- Conduct customer presentations, workshops, and solution demonstrations.
- Lead the execution of PoCs, ensuring a seamless experience for clients.
- Collaborate with product teams to understand new capabilities, roadmaps, and incorporate client feedback.
- Act as a trusted advisor for customers, helping them align solutions with their operational goals.
Requirements
1. Proven expertise in telecommunications and IP networking technologies, including 4G, LTE, VoLTE, and 5G.
2. Experience with big data platforms and analytics, particularly in designing and supporting solutions for real-time data processing.
3. Strong background in lawful intercept technologies and their application in ISP and telecom environments.
4. Proven ability to engage in customer-facing roles, including conducting workshops, presentations, and solution demonstrations.
5. Experience in leading Proof of Concepts (PoCs), from solution design to execution and troubleshooting.
6. Familiarity with technical proposal writing, including solution dimensioning and aligning solutions with client requirements.
Desirable
1. Experience working with big-data dashboards and investigation tools, particularly those used for lawful intercept and network activity visualization.
2. Knowledge of API integration and customization, enabling seamless interaction between the company's products and client systems.
3. Exposure to international telecom regulatory compliance and standards, ensuring solutions meet global lawful interception guidelines.
