In this pivotal role, you will provide essential support to two Project Managers, ensuring the seamless execution of construction and commercial fit-out projects. Your primary responsibility will be to act as the central coordination point, leveraging your strong commercial acumen and experience with industry-specific documentation. You will manage project timelines, facilitate communication between stakeholders, and handle critical administrative tasks to drive project success. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of thriving in a fast-paced environment and managing competing priorities effectively. Requirements

1. A minimum of 5 years of dedicated experience in a Project Coordinator role.

2. Demonstrable experience within the construction and/or commercial fit-out sectors is mandatory.

3. Proven expertise in handling and managing commercial documentation, including WIRs (Work Inspection Reports)

4. Experience successfully coordinating for and supporting multiple project managers simultaneously.

5. High proficiency in project management software such as MS Project, Aconex, or Procore.

6. Exceptional organizational skills with a proven ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.

7. Strong verbal and written communication skills for effective liaison with clients, vendors, and internal teams.

8. Ability to develop, maintain, and track detailed project schedules and milestones.

Desirable

1. A degree or diploma in Construction Management, Project Management, or a related discipline.

2. Project Management certification (e.g., CAPM).

3. Experience with project budget tracking and financial reporting.

4. Familiarity with procurement processes and vendor negotiation.

5. Advanced proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
