Requirements
1. Minimum 7–10 years of experience in capital formation, fund placement, or institutional distribution within the GCC region.
2. A proven and verifiable track record of raising capital and closing commitments from GCC investors for alternative investment funds.
3. An established and active network across HNWIs, family offices, private banks, and institutional allocators in the GCC.
4. Demonstrated ability to manage the full end-to-end fundraising and placement lifecycle with minimal oversight.
5. Strong product expertise across alternative investment strategies including private equity, real estate, private credit, and infrastructure.
6. Experience operating at Director, Vice President, or equivalent seniority with the capability to work autonomously and deliver commercial results.
7. Advanced skills in developing high-quality fundraising materials (PPMs, pitch decks, teasers) and managing DDQs and investor due diligence processes.
8. Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities with a strong commercial and relationship-driven mindset.
Desirable
1. Fluency in Arabic (written and spoken).
2. Relevant professional qualifications such as CFA or CAIA.
3. Experience with cross-border fund structures and regulatory environments relevant to the GCC.
4. Established relationships with key institutional allocators and sovereign wealth funds in the region.
5. Experience working within a global investment management platform.
