The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, hiring 200-300 individuals per month across multiple locations for roles like cashiers, store assistants, and specialized staff. Success in this role hinges on your ability to leverage non-traditional sourcing channels like WhatsApp groups, community referrals, and local job communities. You will screen and shortlist candidates quickly, coordinate with store teams to meet aggressive targets, and meticulously track weekly hiring metrics. Requirements
1. Minimum 5 years of dedicated experience in blue-collar or frontline recruitment.
2. Verifiable track record of personally hiring over 100 candidates per month in a high-volume setting.
3. Direct recruitment experience within supermarkets, grocery chains, retail, or FMCG operations.
4. Demonstrated expertise in sourcing candidates through non-traditional, non-LinkedIn channels such as WhatsApp, Facebook groups, and community referrals.
5. Experience running and managing remote, bulk hiring campaigns across multiple locations simultaneously.
6. Proven ability to screen and shortlist candidates efficiently using practical, role-relevant criteria.
7. Experience hiring for a variety of frontline retail roles, including cashiers, store assistants, and warehouse staff.
8. Ability to track and report on key hiring metrics, such as weekly hire numbers and time-to-fill.
