We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Senior Sales Manager to drive the adoption of our cutting-edge RegTech and financial software solutions across the UAE and GCC. In this pivotal role, you will own the entire enterprise sales cycle, from prospecting and C-level engagement to negotiation and closing landmark deals. You will leverage your deep understanding of tax technology, e-invoicing, and compliance to act as a trusted consultant to CFOs, CIOs, and Tax Directors at leading corporations. This position requires a proven track record of exceeding revenue targets by translating complex regulatory requirements into tangible business value. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment, demonstrating an ownership mindset to build and scale our market presence. You will be instrumental in securing new logos and expanding our footprint in a rapidly evolving digital landscape. Requirements
1. 5-15+ years of direct B2B enterprise sales or strategic account management experience.
2. Demonstrated track record of securing new logos and closing enterprise deals within the UAE/GCC region.
3. Proven ownership of the full sales cycle: prospecting, discovery, solutioning, proposals, negotiation, and closing.
4. Experience selling complex B2B solutions such as financial software, SaaS, ERP integrations, RegTech, or compliance automation.
5. Verifiable history of exceeding revenue targets with quantifiable achievements (e.g., deal values, quota attainment).
6. Expertise in consultative and value-based selling methodologies to C-level executives (CFO, CIO, Tax Directors).
7. Ability to manage complex stakeholder environments involving Finance, IT, and Legal departments.
8. Strong presentation and demonstration skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts into clear business value.
Desirable
1. Bilingual fluency in both spoken and written Arabic and English.
2. Direct experience with tax technologies, particularly UAE VAT or GCC e-invoicing mandates (e.g., ZATCA).
3. Previous employment with ERP vendors, tax software providers, or management consulting firms.
4. Proven success and adaptability within a fast-paced startup or scale-up company culture.
5. Demonstrated thought leadership through industry speaking engagements, publications, or active professional content creation.
