The Signa Group is seeking a dynamic and growth-oriented Chief Operating Officer (COO) to join our executive team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. Reporting directly to the CEO, you will be the driving force behind our operational excellence, responsible for executing regional and global priorities within the KSA. This pivotal role involves providing strategic counsel to the Executive Committee on all operational governance matters and shaping the future of our service delivery. The ideal candidate will leverage their deep understanding of KSA markets and experience in multinational, matrixed environments to enhance our value proposition. You will lead key functions including service operations, risk management, technology integration, and strategic planning to ensure sustainable business growth, profitability, and an unparalleled customer experience.
Requirements
1. 10-15 years of progressive senior leadership experience, preferably in operations.
2. Demonstrated experience in strategic planning and successful execution of multi-year roadmaps.
3. Proven ability to lead and influence within a complex, matrixed multinational organization.
4. In-depth knowledge of KSA markets, including regulatory and governance landscapes.
5. Strong background in operational risk management and business continuity planning.
6. Experience leading technology initiatives to drive business growth and operational efficiency.
7. Track record of overseeing service delivery operations and managing customer experience programs (e.g., Voice of the Customer).
8. Excellent financial acumen with experience managing budgets and P&L responsibilities.
Desirable
1. Master of Business Administration (MBA) or equivalent advanced degree.
2. Extensive professional network within the KSA and broader GCC region.
3. Experience liaising directly with regulatory bodies in Saudi Arabia.
4. Formal training or certification in project management (e.g., PMP).
5. Experience working within the professional services or related industries.
