Description
The Chief Administration Officer will assume a pivotal leadership role in managing the company's administrative and financial operations. This includes overseeing accounting functions managed by external firms, ensuring accurate financial reporting, and maintaining efficient communication with tax advisors. The role involves developing and improving internal processes across finance, invoicing, and logistics departments, while ensuring compliance and transparency in financial transactions. The CAO is responsible for team leadership, strategic business development, budget preparation alongside business managers, liquidity planning, and deviation reporting. Additionally, the individual will oversee company assets, including fleet management, while driving continuous process enhancement and employee development.
Requirements
1. Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
2. Proven experience in controlling and reporting in an international company
3. Strong expertise in managing and developing business activities
4. Basic knowledge of logistics operations
5. Demonstrated abilities in team leadership and employee development
6. Proficiency in English (German language is an advantage)

2. Understanding of cross-functional processes in financial, logistics, and invoicing operations
