We are seeking a seasoned Trade Marketing Manager to join our dynamic FMCG team. The ideal candidate will have over 8 years of experience in trade marketing or category marketing, with a proven track record of managing teams and delivering impactful trade activation campaigns. This role requires a professional from the consumer goods industry, preferably with experience in food consumer goods, who possesses strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret and analyze retail audit reports such as Nielson data. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in driving trade strategies, optimizing retail execution, and fostering collaboration with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.

Requirements

1. Minimum 8 years of experience in trade marketing or category marketing.

2. Prior experience managing teams in a professional setting.

3. Professional background in the consumer goods industry, ideally with a focus on food consumer goods.

4. Demonstrated expertise in trade activation and campaign execution.

5. Strong analytical skills and knowledge of data analysis tools for retail environments.

6. Proficiency in reading and analyzing retail audit reports, such as Nielson or similar.

Desirable

1. Proven ability to influence stakeholders and drive alignment across various teams.

2. Experience in developing and implementing innovative trade marketing strategies.

3. Familiarity with digital tools and platforms used for trade marketing.
