We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Webflow Developer to join our team, dedicated to managing the online presence for our prestigious luxury brand. In this role, you will be responsible for the ongoing maintenance, updates, and evolution of our primary website. You will handle a dynamic mix of ad-hoc change requests and planned development projects, ensuring every update aligns with our brand's exacting standards for quality and aesthetics. The ideal candidate will possess a keen eye for detail, a deep understanding of Webflow's capabilities and limitations, and the ability to implement custom solutions to create a seamless, elegant user experience. You will work collaboratively with our design and marketing teams to execute pixel-perfect designs and optimize the site for performance and responsiveness. This position requires a proactive problem-solver who can manage multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining the highest level of craftsmanship.

Requirements

1. Proven experience as a Webflow Developer with a strong portfolio of custom-built websites.

2. Expert proficiency in the Webflow platform, including CMS, interactions, and logic.

3. Strong skills in HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript (including jQuery) for custom implementations.

4. Experience integrating third-party services and APIs into Webflow.

5. Demonstrated ability to translate Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD designs into pixel-perfect, responsive Webflow sites.

6. In-depth knowledge of web performance optimization techniques and best practices.

7. Experience with website maintenance, managing updates, and bug fixing in a live environment.

8. Familiarity with SEO best practices within the Webflow environment.

Desirable

1. Previous experience working with luxury, fashion, or high-end consumer brands.

2. Familiarity with project management tools like Asana, Trello, or Jira.

3. Experience with version control systems such as Git.

4. Knowledge of Finsweet attributes or other advanced Webflow libraries.

5. Excellent communication skills for collaborating with non-technical stakeholders.
