Requirements

3. Demonstrated proficiency with industry-standard editing software, specifically Adobe Premiere Pro and/or Final Cut Pro.

4. A strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of high-quality video content.

5. Exceptional storytelling skills with a strong understanding of pacing, rhythm, and narrative structure.

6. Solid technical knowledge of video formats, codecs, and export settings.

7. Proven ability to manage and organize project files and media assets efficiently.

8. Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and handle multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.

Desirable

1. Experience with motion graphics and animation software like Adobe After Effects.

2. Proficiency in color grading and sound design/mixing.

3. Previous experience working within a creative agency environment.

4. Strong verbal and written communication skills for effective remote collaboration.
