Requirements
1. 10+ years of total IT experience with a minimum of 5 years in project/program leadership roles.
2. Demonstrated experience leading end-to-end integration and modernization of enterprise ERP systems (SAP S/4HANA, Oracle Fusion).
3. Proven expertise in integrating enterprise HRMS platforms (SuccessFactors, Workday).
4. Hands-on experience implementing Agentic AI solutions, with a deep understanding of LLMs and RAG pipelines.
5. Strong background in API-first architectures and experience with AI-native middleware for system integration.
6. Proficient in vendor management with major providers like SAP, Oracle, and Microsoft.
7. Certified in PMP or holding a senior-level Agile certification (e.g., SAFe, CSM) with a track record of delivery in the GCC.
8. Experience managing project/program budgets or a regional P&L, with a focus on calculating ROI for technology investments.
Desirable
1. In-depth knowledge of UAE digital sovereignty and data privacy regulations.
2. Experience establishing and managing AI governance frameworks.
3. Previous experience leading teams of 10+ technical professionals, including engineers and data scientists.
