Requirements
1. Proven experience in a sales coordinator, sales support, or similar role.
2. Proficiency with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and the MS Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
3. Demonstrable experience supporting marketing campaigns and coordinating marketing logistics.
4. Strong ability to compile data and generate insightful reports for senior management.
5. Experience acting as a liaison and facilitating communication between multiple departments and their leaders.
6. Proven ability to manage complex administrative and logistical tasks with minimal supervision.
7. Experience in identifying and implementing process improvements within a sales or marketing context.
8. Excellent organizational, time-management, and multitasking skills.
Desirable
1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
2. Experience with marketing automation platforms (e.g., Marketo, Pardot).
3. Previous experience in training or mentoring junior staff members.
4. Experience with data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI.
5. Direct experience reporting to a Head of Sales or a similar senior leadership role.
