People Experience Specialist

Description

We are seeking a creative and structured People Experience Specialist to join our remote-first SaaS company. In this role, you will be instrumental in shaping a connected and thriving culture for our 200+ employees across EMEA and North America. You will design, launch, and manage initiatives that enhance employee engagement, belonging, and wellbeing in a distributed environment. This involves creating impactful onboarding experiences, running recognition programs, coordinating async rituals, and supporting managers in building strong team cultures. By gathering and interpreting employee feedback, you will continuously improve our people programs. You'll collaborate closely with the People Ops team to ensure a seamless and supportive journey for every employee. Your success will be measured by the enhanced sense of connection our remote team feels and the smooth execution of our culture-building initiatives.

Requirements

1. 2-4 years of direct experience in People Operations, HR, or a dedicated employee engagement role.

2. Proven ability to design and implement culture-building initiatives for remote or distributed teams.

3. Proficiency in using employee feedback tools and surveys (e.g., Culture Amp, Lattice) to gather and analyze data.

4. Demonstrated experience in coordinating employee-facing programs such as onboarding, recognition, or wellbeing.

5. Exceptional written communication skills with the ability to craft clear, concise, and engaging internal messaging.

6. Strong project coordination skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives concurrently.

7. Experience collaborating with managers and leadership to drive cultural programs.

8. Familiarity with modern HRIS and engagement platforms.

Desirable

1. Prior experience in a high-growth SaaS or technology company.

2. Experience working in a multi-regional organization (EMEA and North America).

3. Knowledge of async work principles and collaboration tools.

4. Background in designing or facilitating learning and development programs.

5. Familiarity with change management principles and communication.
