A leading investment organisation working with byteSpark.ai is seeking a dynamic, strategic, and future-focused Head of HR to lead its integrated Human Capital and Workplace Services function across multiple jurisdictions. This role sits at the centre of the organisation’s growth agenda—overseeing the full employee lifecycle, attracting high-calibre investment and corporate talent, embedding digital-first HR policies aligned with UAE/GCC regulations, and driving a high-performance culture rooted in strong engagement, DEI, and leadership development. The ideal candidate will champion HR innovation by transforming processes, leveraging people analytics for sharper, data-driven decisions, and shaping succession planning at scale. In addition to HR leadership, the role carries responsibility for workplace services and administration, ensuring operational excellence, governance, and cost efficiency across all entities. Requirements
1. Proven experience as an HR leader within investment banking, private equity, or a closely related financial services sector.
2. In-depth knowledge and practical application of UAE and GCC labor laws and financial services regulatory compliance.
3. Demonstrated success in leading talent acquisition for senior, front-office investment and private equity roles.
4. Track record of leading HR digital transformation initiatives, including HRIS implementation and leveraging people analytics.
5. Expertise in designing and executing strategic initiatives such as succession planning, talent management, and leadership development.
6. Comprehensive experience managing core HR operations including payroll, benefits, employee relations, and compliance.
7. Strong understanding of corporate governance, risk management, and policy implementation in a regulated environment.
8. Experience developing and implementing strategies to enhance employee engagement, retention, and a high-performance culture.
Desirable
1. Experience managing an integrated function that includes both Human Resources and Workplace Services/Corporate Administration.
2. Relevant professional certifications such as CIPD, SHRM-SCP, or GRP.
3. Experience operating in a high-growth, multi-jurisdictional organization.
4. Strong financial acumen with experience in HR budgeting and vendor contract management.
5. Advanced skills in data analysis and reporting, using tools like Power BI or Tableau for HR metrics.
