We are seeking an experienced and assertive Talent Acquisition Manager, a Saudi National, to lead the comprehensive recruitment strategy for our expansive operations in Saudi Arabia. This pivotal leadership role involves managing a team of three specialists to support a workforce of 1,300 employees across multiple factories and distribution centers. You will own the full-cycle recruitment process, with a key focus on balancing high-volume blue-collar (60%) and strategic white-collar (40%) hiring. The ideal candidate will leverage their deep expertise in manufacturing sector recruitment and stakeholder management to drive our ambitious Saudization agenda. This position requires a data-driven leader who can influence senior business partners and champion employer branding initiatives. You will be instrumental in optimizing our TA processes to ensure a seamless experience for both candidates and hiring managers, directly shaping the future of our talent landscape in the Kingdom.
Requirements
1. Must be a Saudi National.
2. 8β10 years of progressive experience in Talent Acquisition or HR Business Partnering with a strong TA focus.
3. Demonstrable recruitment experience within the manufacturing, industrial, or FMCG sectors.
4. A minimum of 3 years of direct people leadership experience, managing a team of TA specialists.
5. Proven track record of designing and executing successful Saudization strategies and building local talent pipelines.
6. Expertise in managing high-volume, multi-site recruitment for both blue-collar and white-collar roles.
7. Exceptional stakeholder management skills with experience influencing senior business leaders using data-driven insights.
8. Proficiency in HR analytics and reporting using tools like Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
Desirable
1. Experience with various Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HRIS platforms.
2. Background as an HR Business Partner with a focus on talent management.
3. Experience developing and launching employer branding campaigns.
4. Professional HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, CIPD).
5. Experience managing relationships with manpower supply agencies for operational roles.
