We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Chief Operating Officer (COO) to lead and manage the operational strategies of our investment arm for an endowment. The ideal candidate will be a Saudi national with extensive experience in managing outsourced Chief Investment Officer (OCIO) operations. As COO, you will oversee operational frameworks, ensure compliance with regulatory standards, and effectively manage relationships with stakeholders. You will play a key role in driving operational excellence to achieve long-term investment objectives. This role requires exceptional leadership, organizational, and analytical capabilities, paired with a deep understanding of the financial investment landscape.

Requirements

1. Saudi nationality as per role requisites and compliance requirements.

2. 5+ years of proven experience in managing or working within an outsourced Chief Investment Officer (OCIO) model.

3. Strong background in financial operations and endowment fund management.

4. Expertise in regulatory compliance within the Saudi financial sector.

5. Proficiency in operational frameworks, process optimization, and strategic planning in the investment sector.

6. Strong interpersonal and communication skills to manage high-level stakeholders.

Desirable

1. A Master's degree or professional qualification such as CFA, CPA, or equivalent.

2. Previous leadership experience in a similar role within the GCC region.

3. Proficiency in both English and Arabic for seamless communication.
