On behalf of our client, a leading technology provider based in the UAE, we are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior B2B SaaS Sales professional. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving new business revenue by selling a cutting-edge e-invoicing and tax SaaS platform to enterprise-level clients. You will manage the entire sales cycle, from prospecting and lead generation to negotiation and closing of complex deals. This role requires a strategic thinker with a proven ability to engage with C-level executives and navigate intricate organizational structures. Success in this position will be defined by consistently exceeding sales quotas and establishing a strong market presence within the Gulf countries, particularly the UAE. We are looking for a top performer with a demonstrable history of success in enterprise software sales and a passion for technology-driven solutions.
Requirements
1. A minimum of 5 years of experience in B2B SaaS sales.
2. Proven and demonstrable track record of selling software solutions to enterprise-level clients.
3. CV must clearly showcase quantifiable sales metrics (e.g., quota attainment, average deal size, revenue growth).
4. Experience managing long and complex sales cycles (6-12+ months) with multiple C-level stakeholders.
5. Professional sales experience and a strong understanding of the business landscape in the Gulf countries.
6. Currently based in or willing to relocate to the UAE.
7. Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
8. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Desirable
1. Experience selling e-invoicing, tax, FinTech, or Procure-to-Pay (P2P) SaaS solutions.
2. Experience selling SaaS solutions that integrate with major ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics).
3. An existing network of enterprise-level contacts within the UAE and broader GCC region.
4. Demonstrated job stability and a clear pattern of career progression in previous roles.
5. Fluency in Arabic.
