Requirements
1. Minimum of 3 years of business development or sales experience within the GCC countries (UAE, KSA, Qatar, etc.).
2. Verifiable track record of successfully selling Odoo ERP solutions.
3. Substantial experience and a strong understanding of the SaaS business model.
4. Demonstrated proficiency in lead generation and development using tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo.io, or similar sales intelligence platforms.
5. Hands-on experience with CRM software such as Hubspot, Zoho CRM, or Salesforce for pipeline management.
6. Proven ability to manage the full sales cycle from prospecting and qualification to negotiation and closing.
7. Excellent client-facing communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
8. Strong understanding of core business processes (e.g., accounting, inventory, manufacturing) to effectively sell ERP solutions.
Desirable
1. An existing network of business contacts and potential clients within the GCC region.
2. Technical or functional knowledge of the Odoo platform and its modules.
3. Experience creating and delivering compelling product demonstrations and technical proposals.
4. Fluency in Arabic is highly advantageous.
5. Formal certification in Odoo or a recognized sales methodology.
