Description
We are seeking a pioneering Full-Stack Developer to join our team as the first technical hire and build our B2B AI automation platform's client-facing application from the ground up. In this pivotal role, you will architect and develop the entire SaaS interface, including secure authentication, multi-tenant workspaces, configuration settings, and a dynamic leads dashboard. You will be responsible for creating a scalable and secure multi-tenant data model using PostgreSQL and building a clean, intuitive UI with React. Your work will involve deep integration with our existing backend automation engine via REST APIs and webhooks, translating complex asynchronous workflows into a seamless user experience. Requirements
1. Strong proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript for full-stack development.
2. Extensive experience with Node.js and/or Next.js for building backend services and APIs.
3. Proven expertise in developing complex user interfaces with React or a similar modern frontend framework.
4. Solid experience designing and implementing schemas in PostgreSQL or another relational database.
5. Demonstrated ability to build and consume REST APIs.
6. Deep understanding of authentication mechanisms (JWT, OAuth), session management, and access control.
7. Experience integrating with third-party services and processing incoming webhooks.
8. Knowledge of building secure, multi-tenant application architectures.
Desirable
1. Experience with AI/LLM integrations or working on AI-powered products.
2. Familiarity with building SaaS dashboards and analytics displays.
3. Understanding of asynchronous jobs, message queues (e.g., RabbitMQ, SQS), or workflow systems.
4. Previous experience in automation or integration-heavy platforms.
5. Familiarity with outbound email infrastructure and deliverability best practices.
