Sales Excellence & Operation Manager - KSA

We are seeking a strategic and analytical Sales Excellence & Operation Manager to lead our client's sales operations within Saudi Arabia. Reporting to the General Manager of Sales, you will be instrumental in enhancing sales performance by driving financial planning, insightful reporting, and in-depth market analysis. This pivotal role involves supervising a team of four direct reports and requires significant financial oversight. You will develop the Annual Operating Plan, monitor performance against KPIs, and analyze market trends using tools like AC Nielsen. The ideal candidate will optimize sales processes through automation, enhance team capabilities, and design effective sales incentive programs. You will act as the critical link between strategy and execution, ensuring alignment across Marketing, Finance, and Supply Chain. Your leadership will be key to managing technological improvements, building team competencies, and ultimately driving sales growth.

Requirements

1. A minimum of 10 years of sales experience, with at least 5 years in a managerial role.

2. Demonstrated expertise in Trade Marketing, Category Management, and sales/distribution strategies.

3. Proficiency in analyzing market share and sales data using tools such as AC Nielsen and EPOS.

4. Advanced skills in sales process automation and data visualization tools like Power BI, Tableau, or Power Pivot.

5. Experience developing Annual Operating Plans (AOP) and managing trade marketing budgets.

6. Proven ability to conduct gap analysis and translate complex data into actionable strategic initiatives.

7. Experience with ERP systems and designing/improving sales processes.

8. Full professional fluency in English.

Desirable

1. Business graduate with a Marketing major or an MBA in Marketing/Sales Management.

2. Significant experience within the FMCG or Manufacturing industries.

3. Professional proficiency in Arabic.

4. Experience designing and implementing sales force incentive programs.

5. Strong track record of leading cross-functional projects with Marketing, Finance, and Supply Chain.
