byteSpark.ai is representing a leading retailer in the B2C gaming and electronics industry, seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior GCC Regional Sales Manager to drive B2C sales across the GCC region. This senior role requires a professional with deep industry knowledge and a proven track record in managing a large portfolio of retail stores and delivering sales targets/KPIs. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in the gaming or electronics sector, with the ability to lead a team in delivering their sales numbers, setting sales targets, managing the performance for these targets, develop strategic sales plans, and with a strong background in performance management. Key Responsibilities: -Lead and manage B2C retail sales activities across the GCC region, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives. -Develop and execute B2C sales strategies to drive growth in gaming products, merchandise, collectibles, and electronics. -Monitor and analyze sales performance, providing regular reports to the Director of Retail Sales. -Travel extensively across the GCC to drive sales on the ground through local teams.

Requirements

1. Minimum 10 years of experience in retail sales management, preferably within the electronics or gaming industry.

2. Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets in a retail B2C role.

3. Strong understanding of the gaming industry and related products.

4. Excellent leadership and team management skills.

5. Willingness to travel extensively across the GCC region.

Desirable

1. Fluency in Arabic

2. Experience working with major electronics retailers such as Virgin Megastore, Sharaf DG, Jumbo, Emax, or Samsung
