Description
We are looking for a seasoned and detail-oriented Technology Support Analyst to join our dynamic IT support team. The ideal candidate will have 4-10 years of experience in 2nd line IT support and demonstrate a strong proficiency in technologies including Microsoft Active Directory, Windows Servers, PowerShell scripting, networking, Microsoft Exchange, and SharePoint. Your responsibilities will include diagnosing and resolving complex IT issues, managing system configurations, ensuring system security, and fortifying IT infrastructure processes. The role requires exceptional problem-solving skills, customer service orientation, and an analytical mindset to address technical challenges effectively. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize systems, enhance operational workflows, and support IT projects that drive business results.
Requirements
1. Proficient in Microsoft Active Directory management and troubleshooting.
2. Strong knowledge of Windows Servers operation and maintenance.
3. Demonstrated expertise in PowerShell scripting for process automation.
4. Hands-on experience with networking, including configuration and troubleshooting.
5. Solid background in providing comprehensive 2nd line IT support.
6. Familiarity with Microsoft Exchange and SharePoint administration.
Desirable
1. Experience with cloud technologies such as Microsoft Azure or AWS.
2. Relevant IT certifications such as MCSE, MCSA, or CompTIA Network+.
