We are seeking a Finance Manager to lead the Finance & Control (F&C) mission for our Operating Company (OPC) in Kuwait, within the dynamic FMCG industry. The ideal candidate will act as a co-pilot to the organization in driving strategic decision-making, ensuring accurate accounting and reporting standards are upheld. This role emphasizes maintaining rigorous stewardship and governance standards across all operations. You will also be responsible for nurturing and developing skilled professionals within the financial team to meet the company's operational and strategic goals. The role requires an individual who can provide strong leadership, deliver analytical financial insights, and collaborate effectively within a fast-paced, results-driven environment.

Requirements

1. A strong background in financial management, with proven experience in accounting and financial reporting.

2. Demonstrated expertise in co-piloting business decision-making processes, providing insightful financial leadership.

3. Thorough understanding of and experience in maintaining governance and stewardship standards in corporate finance.

4. Proven ability to manage and develop skilled professionals within a financial team.

5. Experience in the FMCG industry, ideally in a similar role focusing on Finance and Control.

6. Strong strategic and analytical abilities to drive financial decisions and enhance operational efficiency.

Desirable

1. Professional accounting certifications such as CPA, ACCA, or CMA.

2. Experience with financial systems and tools specific to FMCG operations and reporting.

3. Knowledge of global best practices in financial governance and compliance within world-class organizations.
