Requirements
1. Minimum of 10 years of senior-level experience in retail media, digital marketing, or e-commerce, preferably within the FMCG/CPG industry.
2. Demonstrated success in owning and managing a full P&L for a business unit or division, with a strong focus on revenue growth and profitability.
3. Proven experience in designing and executing multi-year, multi-million dollar retail media strategies.
4. Expertise in negotiating and managing large-scale strategic partnerships and Joint Business Plans (JBPs) with Tier-1 retail media networks (e.g., Amazon Ads, Walmart Connect, Kroger Precision Marketing).
5. Strong leadership skills with a history of building, scaling, and mentoring high-performing teams.
6. Deep understanding of advanced analytics, measurement frameworks (e.g., MMM, incrementality), and data-driven decision-making to prove ROI.
7. Experience leading complex, cross-functional initiatives that integrate digital strategy with sales, brand marketing, and supply chain.
8. Exceptional commercial acumen and senior-level negotiation skills.
Desirable
1. An MBA or other advanced degree in a relevant field.
2. Experience working directly for a major retail media network or a leading ad-tech platform.
3. Knowledge of omni-channel marketing strategies and their integration with retail media.
4. Experience in leveraging first-party (1P) data for audience targeting and measurement.
5. Established relationships with key leaders at major retail media networks.
