Description
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Associate to join our Investment Support team, operating in a hybrid work environment across DIFC, Dubai, United Arab Emirates, and India. Reporting to the Executive Director of Corporate Advisory, this role provides a unique opportunity to work on high-impact financial transactions such as mergers and acquisitions. The candidate will assist senior bankers with financial modeling, market research, transaction support, and client presentation preparation. A successful Junior Associate will play a vital role in delivering excellent client outcomes and collaborating effectively with the wider team.
Requirements
1. Strong skills in financial modeling and valuation analysis, especially for mergers and acquisitions.
2. Ability to conduct comprehensive market research and industry analysis.
3. Proficiency in developing client pitch books, presentations, and marketing materials.
4. Experience or familiarity with transaction support activities, including due diligence and documentation.
5. Competence in preparing detailed financial reports and maintaining their accuracy.
6. Exceptional teamwork and communication skills to collaborate effectively with senior bankers and team members.
Desirable
1. Experience with financial processes in the GCC region and Indian markets.
2. Proficiency in financial software and tools such as Bloomberg, Capital IQ, or similar platforms.
3. Advanced skills in PowerPoint and Excel, particularly related to financial analysis.
