Our ideal candidate is a skilled Recruitment and TA Specialist willing to work on a freelance basis to support our growing recruitment needs. This role is ideal for a self-motivated individual with a broad recruitment background and excellent communication skills. The specialist will manage all administrative tasks related to candidate shortlisting, utilizing the byteSpark.ai recruitment platform. This is a remote, fixed-commission-based opportunity offering flexibility and the chance to contribute to a dynamic company. We are looking for someone with proven experience in talent acquisition across diverse roles and industries. Location: Hybrid

Requirements

1. 6–10 years of experience in recruitment and talent acquisition, preferably across multiple sectors

2. Strong stakeholder management and advisory skills, with the ability to influence hiring decisions

3. Excellent verbal and written communication, negotiation, and storytelling skills

4. A proven track record in closing high-quality talent and managing senior-level searches

5. Comfortable using tech-enabled platforms — experience with Bytespark.ai or similar ATS/sourcing tools is a plus

6. Strong candidate shortlisting skills

7. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

8. Ability to work independently and remotely
