Requirements
1. 6–10 years of experience in recruitment and talent acquisition, preferably across multiple sectors
2. Strong stakeholder management and advisory skills, with the ability to influence hiring decisions
3. Excellent verbal and written communication, negotiation, and storytelling skills
4. A proven track record in closing high-quality talent and managing senior-level searches
5. Comfortable using tech-enabled platforms — experience with Bytespark.ai or similar ATS/sourcing tools is a plus
6. Strong candidate shortlisting skills
7. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
8. Ability to work independently and remotely
