This pivotal position will be responsible for defining and driving the enterprise technology strategy to support our client's long-term business goals. You will establish the target architecture, designing a cohesive and scalable application and integration landscape for a complex corporate environment. A key aspect of this role is to implement and manage a robust architectural governance framework, ensuring standards and principles are consistently applied across all technology initiatives. You will act as a trusted advisor to senior business and IT stakeholders, translating strategic objectives into actionable technology roadmaps. Furthermore, you will ensure seamless alignment of the enterprise architecture with the company's cloud and security strategies. Your leadership will be critical in providing architectural oversight for major digital transformation programs, guiding project teams to deliver solutions that are secure, resilient, and future-proof. We are seeking a visionary leader who can navigate complexity and influence change at the highest levels of the organization.
Requirements
1. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
2. Minimum of 10 years' experience in IT, with at least 5 years in a senior architecture role (e.g., Solution, Domain, or Enterprise Architect).
3. Proven experience in developing and implementing enterprise-wide technology strategies and multi-year roadmaps.
4. Deep expertise in designing complex application and integration architectures, including microservices, SOA, and event-driven patterns.
5. Strong knowledge of architectural frameworks such as TOGAF or Zachman, and modelling languages like ArchiMate.
6. In-depth understanding of public cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and designing cloud-native architectures.
7. Demonstrable experience in establishing and running architecture governance boards and review processes.
8. Solid understanding of enterprise security principles and frameworks (e.g., NIST, ISO 27001).
Desirable
1. Relevant industry certifications (e.g., TOGAF 9 Certified, AWS Certified Solutions Architect - Professional, Azure Solutions Architect Expert).
2. Experience working within the financial services or telecommunications industry in the APAC region.
3. Familiarity with Agile and SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework) methodologies.
4. Exceptional communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills with experience influencing C-level executives.
5. Experience with business capability modeling and business process management.
